How sad. Once I get the corporate office address I plan to send my credit card back to your office. They should really be embarrassed by their customer service department. This company is run so poorly. They should be ashamed. Customer service has no idea what they are doing. Never order from this company again. I have chatted, talked on the phone and emailed customer service. I will never order from Eddie Bauer again after having to call the customer service line. They are untrained and not able to resolve any issues.
I have been using the on line for ordering and wanted to change an order seconds after I placed the order. I was told this is not possible and given not alternative but to order again and receive both orders. Other businesses have been able to fix the order. I am greatly disappointed in Eddie Bauer!!
Same issue here. Now they are giving me the runaround about reimbursing me for an unexpected pants hemming, that they said they would reimburse me for — I have it in writing from them. Something is wrong with this company now. I have nothing else to add. I do not know if anyone is trying to help me from the customer service. Pl take action against all persons in charge of customer service.
I could not speak with anyone by phone since then. During past 24 hrs I made 6 attempts to call without success one episode more than 30 minutes. Is this the way to do business? The customers reply on Email is we will promptly reply. What is the meaning of promptness? Why does no one answer the phone at customer, have tried for 4 days and no one answers, just recording everyone busy. Are you going out of business?
